About Yoga Poses Plus

Evidence-based yoga solutions for your specific health goals, backed by science and delivered with compassion

Our Mission

Yoga That Works For You

At Yoga Poses Plus, we believe that yoga should be accessible, targeted, and backed by science. Our mission is to help people find relief from specific health concerns through carefully designed yoga sequences rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern research.

Unlike generic yoga websites, we focus on "yoga for" specific outcomes - whether that's back pain relief, anxiety reduction, weight management, or better sleep. Every sequence we offer is designed by certified yoga therapists and reviewed by healthcare professionals.

Since launching in 2020, we've helped over 10,000 people transform their lives through targeted yoga practice. Our evidence-based approach means every recommendation is supported by peer-reviewed research and real-world results.
